I am Nicola Vortes, a leading business coach/mentor, holistic practitioner and founder of The Leadership Mentor, a coaching and mentoring service for the world’s Visionaries, Leaders and Change Makers.

Supporting individuals and their businesses to identify their purpose and to actualise ideas and visions into reality. This is done through a blend of performance driven coaching, therapeutic awareness and mentoring on self-mastery and leading others.

Through my work I support individuals who know they are here to bring something new into the world and want to expand and evolve themselves and their businesses from the current reality into something new.

With over 25 years of experience in working with individuals and businesses as a leader, coach and holistic practitioner, I support Entrepreneurs, HNI’s and their children, CEO’s, CFO’s, COO’s, CTO’s, Athletes, Creatives, Artists and Visionaries to bring their aspirations, dreams and goals into reality.
